Visual Specialist (Photography & Videography)
In this role, you will work in both a team setting or individually to lead and execute all assigned production tasks including videography, photography, lighting, audio and basic talent directing. We’re looking for someone who is all about the visuals and how to constantly improve them to meet our department and company objectives. This role is not confined to our Lakeside Campus as projects may take the visual specialist to different locations.
Responsibilities
Execute all assigned production tasks including videography, photography, lighting, audio and basic talent directing
Practice quality control of all deliverables while maintaining excellent communication with the production team
Pay attention to ensure all assets are on brand and meets brand requirements
Assist editors to perform selects and in archiving completed projects according to given standards
Select and post process photos taken for the stakeholders
Manage and work across multiple projects to reach assigned deadlines
Brainstorming with the team and pitch creative solutions
Problem solve and offer creative solutions on-location
Stay updated with the constantly progressing visual technologies and creative styles
Support creative team in maintaining and innovating processes/workflow
Maintain the organizations equipment, ensuring that the equipment stays in reliable condition; this position is also responsible for researching and suggesting upgrades/purchases when needed
Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
