Our Executive will represent us in a spirited and professional manner. Want to help us power our efforts to engage and strengthen our partnerships? Our days regularly shift from meeting clients and drawing up new opportunities to planning for big engagement efforts, like workshops and events. Flexibility, curiosity and multi-tasking are key. A sense of humour is essential. At the core of this role, you’ll take point in helping the team to measure, monitor, and support the talents at Suppagood.
Responsibilities
Leading strategies for brand partnerships
Balancing multiple projects and meeting each of their deadlines without sacrificing an eye-for-detail.
Handling and negotiating contracts including billing and invoicing
Monitoring progress through monthly reports in job management, social media and public visibility
Coordinating and working with clients on behalf of our artistes which may include chaperoning.
Every week will be different, and you’ll play an important role supporting our clients, which is at the heart of our success.
Must-haves
We’re a lean team that moves quickly, so to jump on in, we’ll expect that you have:
Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field or agency type work Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field is required
You have experience with communicating with clients, handling accounts and exercise discretion with confidential information
Flexibility to work on multiple tasks at any given time.
Strong written and communication skills at all levels especially English. Knowledge of and experience in Social Media marketing and content.
Self-motivated and a keen sense of timeliness
