Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our websites and all digital channels.
What is expected of you
Be able to quickly create a variety of digital/print design concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine them into a final design
Conceptualise new ideas and designing artworks for online and offline printing materials (flyer, leaflet, menu etc)
Assist with any corporate identity design + logo, moodboarding, storyboarding + advertising campaigns including social media.
Design all our in-house product packaging & coming up with fun projects to help grow our culture of care ( welcome and on-boarding packs etc)
Stay updated and research on current market trends on design/retail design
Generate Ideas & convey visually by translating stories and messages into imagery and design work that connects with our audiences.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all of our online and offline marketing collaterals.
Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks related to design.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging & advertisements.
Must-haves
Need to have a good sense of typography, layout, and colour
1 year in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop & Lightroom - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
