Performance Marketing Team Lead
What is expected of you
Lead a team of Media Specialists to plan and execute paid media campaigns
Define, develop, and deploy SEM and paid social best practices
Collaborate with team, suppliers and other departments to produce best in class digital media campaign strategies
Set up campaigns in channels such as AdWords, YouTube, Kenshoo, Facebook and DoubleClick
Optimise campaigns by analysing and interpreting large sets of data
Generate and visualize pre, mid and post campaign reports
Provide actionable insights whilst always having client’s business objectives top of mind
Meet with clients to answer their questions on implementation and propose strategies for optimisation
Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors activities and best practice
Mentor and train team members
3-5 years’ agency-side or brand-side exposure.
Preferably a SEM expert with a sound understanding of other biddable media platforms inclusive of programmatic.
Hands on experience in executing & optimizing Search, Display and Paid Social campaigns.
Hands on experience in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Experience in Programmatic buying space, with knowledge in Kenshoo and DoubleClick.
Highly analytical with a strong understanding of media metrics.
Demonstrated critical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
