Media Specialist

What is expected of you
Work closely with the Business Development Team to drive the overall media business.
Advice and support MDs on the day to day operation in their respective countries
Develop SOP frameworks, skills matrix and clear ways of working for all media roles
Capability assessment and development framework for all media resources
Responsible for the development and strategy of multi-channel digital media campaigns, including the strategic rationale for media plan options and media channel usage for new and existing clients
Collaborate with teams, suppliers and other departments to ensure best-in-class digital media campaigns, and that we deliver on client’s objectives and agreed KPIs by building structured review and quality control mechanisms and processes
Proactively identify new and upcoming media opportunities for planning innovation and BD purposes
Keep up with trends in the digital media space, competitors activities and best practices
Incorporate strong understanding of digital media terminology and concepts into media plans and further into how we illustrate media in presentations
Drive innovation within media by putting forward fresh ideas to improve performance
Articulate complex digital proposals into clear concise strategies
Experience Level
