Oversee marketing related concepts and processes
Manage marketing team
Manage broader marketing team which can consist of: Digital Media Manager, Content Manager, Interns
Work alongside any advisor / part-time expert assigned to company by Founder / CEO / CFO
Work closely with the founders
To report directly to the Founder & CEO of the company with dotted line reporting to the Co-founder & COO of the company
Formal performance reviews will occur once every quarter, and will be run by the Founder & CEO
Responsibilities
Digital performance marketing:
Assist CMO in setting up Facebook (IG & FB), Tik Tok Ads Plan overall content calendar
Across the following: ad creatives, social media creatives, email marketing creatives, blog posts
Including research on latest industry trends Search Engine Optimization (oversight only, while technical experience preferred) Creator and Influencer driven marketing
Managing communication and relationship with creators and influencers which include content briefing and product delivery Social media management
Across the following platforms: Facebook (IG & FB), Tik Tok, Linkedin Photo and video shoot planning and supervising
Own working relationship with creative team (freelanced)
Video editing and optimising for high performance creatives including relentless creative AB testing
Strategic marketing partnerships e.g. collabs, giveaways
Engage with press houses and manage press release processes
Experience Level
