What is expected of you
Formulate, develop, and prepare designs of marketing materials for CNCRD’s online platform and social media
Generate ideas to portray concepts and deliver messages to advertise products and services
Maintain brand consistency throughout all of CNCRD’s marketing collaterals
Operate within an internal process-driven structure, meeting deadlines and expectations for quality and creativity
Manage and deliver graphic design projects through all stages of development: creative consultation, storyboarding, designing, revising, troubleshooting, and producing a final product
Follow directions, manage multiple projects, work with information/data from multiple sources, and respond to urgent requests in a positive and timely manner
Stay updated and able to carry out research on current market trends on design Demonstrate flexibility to create design elements and able to be consistent with client direction, aesthetic requirements, and processes
Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience Level
✅ Intermediate / Junior ( 1 - 2 years of experience )
