Marketing & Communications Manager

We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Communications Manager who will create, deliver and develop marketing and audience development strategies, and lead in all areas related to our community, and the media. This individual will raise the visibility, relevance and impact of the organisation and classical music for the community we serve. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing & Communications Manager will work closely with the Marketing and Artistic Development team, to build compelling and clear marketing and communications plans which generate active participation. The possibility of on-site and/or remote work is available upon discussion.
What is expected of you
To create and deliver marketing and audience development strategies.
To lead the Marketing and Communications team to deliver against all of its areas of work, including public relations, audience development and brand management.
To manage the company’s brand through effective storytelling to ensure that its vision and values are clearly articulated in all external and internal communications.
To increase the company’s market visibility and value proposition to expressly leverage its brand, quality, and reputation as a unique social and artistic destination.
To respond to community expectations in alignment with arts and entertainment industry benchmarks.
To deliver the highest level of service and standard operating procedures that ensure the customer experience, solidifying the audience’s relationship with the company.
To maximize and leverage digital and social media to communicate and extend the company’s commercial potential and support community conversations, input, and advocacy.
Experience Level
