
Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop and implementing digital marketing strategies
Develop familiarity with the respective brands, schools, programmes, and relationships with the internal teams to create digital content and experiences that represent the brands
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the brands
Clear documentation and management of the digital marketing calendar
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, landing pages, websites, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build, and maintain our digital and social media presence
Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to the goals of the organisation and the schools
Identify trends and insights
Optimise advertising spend and performance based on insights
Optimise marketing funnels
Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points e.g. website content, social media content, etc.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if necessary
Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption where appropriate
Constantly identify areas of improvement for overall workflow and processes
Must-haves
2 or more years of experience in digital marketing and related fields
Proven and successful working experience in digital lead generation
Proficiency using software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Approachable and strong communication skills
