Responsibilities


  • Develop and implementing digital marketing strategies

  • Develop familiarity with the respective brands, schools, programmes, and relationships with the internal teams to create digital content and experiences that represent the brands

  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across the brands

  • Clear documentation and management of the digital marketing calendar

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, landing pages, websites, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

  • Design, build, and maintain our digital and social media presence

  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns according to the goals of the organisation and the schools

  • Identify trends and insights

  • Optimise advertising spend and performance based on insights

  • Optimise marketing funnels

  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points e.g. website content, social media content, etc.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if necessary

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose adoption where appropriate

  • Constantly identify areas of improvement for overall workflow and processes

Must-haves


  • 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing and related fields

  • Proven and successful working experience in digital lead generation

  • Proficiency using software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels

  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Approachable and strong communication skills

  • Strategic thinking

  • Strong organisation and planning skills
