Graphic Designer
Come be part of our creative team that helps design the visuals (online and in-store) that would spark joy and excitement in the communities we serve. Our ideal candidate is someone who is interested in the retail industry.
We are looking out for someone with strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.
Some alignment in terms of general design preference with Qra and a self starter; are also key things we look for.
Experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms is definitely a plus point too.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will require focus on fine details and plan out executions through careful conceptual directions, brainstorm, and design. Here is the type of task you will be involved in for this role:
Design and illustration
Motion graphics
Branding and corporate identity
Print-based design
Digital design (digital platform, e-commerce, social media) •Produce photographs for the website, product page, and marketing use
File management, archiving, and documentation
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Must-haves
Ability to conceive and design solutions for both print and web projects
Understanding of the end-to-end process of print production
Able to create high-quality graphics, mock-ups, and designs
Awareness of web technologies, standards, and usability
Team-oriented self-driven work ethic, and ability to meet fast-paced project demands.
