Community Marketer
What is expected of you
Assist the Social Marketing team in planning and building the community awareness of company products by monitoring and engaging with the emerging platforms (Twitter, Discord, Instagram, Reddit, etc).
Seed content in forums, blogs, emails and social media platforms.
Manage and engage communities and stakeholders.
Write and post relevant content and messages to stay engaged with the audience at all times.
Assist in curating and creating interactive contents, live streams, contests and other effective community marketing campaigns with the objective of driving leads and brand awareness.
Moderate and reply to all community queries.
Measure the success of every campaign and product reports.
Must-haves
Great command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Pays meticulous attention to detail and has excellent writing skills.
Open for both Malaysia- and overseas-based profiles who able to work with flexible working hours (different time zones).
Good communication skills and a good team player.
Possesses a positive can-do attitude.
Possesses knowledge in managing Twitter/Discord/Facebook community groups and etc. will be an added advantage.
