Social Media Executive/Manager
We are looking for a creative and forward thinking individual who has a passion for all things social media. You’ll be assisting the team in content creation and all aspects of community management for our clients. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude during all times. Willingness to learn and constant improvement would be key.
Assist in content Management across all social media networks for our Clients.
Understand a brand's range of products in order to generate content and engage with its audience.
Cultivate a social presence and activate community groups and products through engaging and relevant content, aligned with its social media strategies.
Monitor conversations and consumer comments, and take appropriate action.
Review and provide appropriate value-added responses to consumer questions, complaints and concerns about products.
Escalate adverse or negative comments as necessary to Internal stakeholders.
Maintain an open communication with team members and the respective internal stakeholders.
Assist in managing daily operations of social media channels, including theme, skin or layout changes, when appropriate.
Develop and maintain the Content Flowchart for publishing purposes.
To adhere to social media guidelines across all active social media channels. Assist in team management.
