Plan and propose workflows for every event.
Brainstorming and assist implementing event plans and concepts to produce detailed event proposal (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
Lead offline marketing/branding campaign in local market, from partnership sign-off, execution and project review.
Good negotiation skills to obtain best prices and terms from parties involved
Monitor event calendar to ensure events are carried out in a smooth and timely manner
Assist in demonstrating and providing information on promoted products/services, and distributing product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new sales opportunities
Assist in monitoring and unloading equipment and setting up venues for events.
Responsible for other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin it order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking counterparts
