Digital Community Manager
What is expected of you
We’re looking for someone vibrant, energetic, with a keen interest to learn to join our Its The Ship team. Ideally, you are an individual that has an eye for digital marketing, content creation, and understands the pulse of a brand community.
Roles will include:
Ongoing monitoring and continuous listening/replying of brand’s social & community channels in a meaningful, focused way to promote a positive consumer experience - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Discord
Identifying and creating digital community campaigns that spark conversation with high impact engagement opportunities
Analyze current trends and cultural signals to fuel creative output and incentives for our Its The Ship community
Lead attractive and engaging initiatives across social channels
Providing an in-depth digital analysis of initiatives and performance data with proactive recommendations on future steps
